Is your child already feeling uneasy about returning to school? In this workshop children ages 8 - 10 years of age learn coping strategies through stories, crafts and practices such as emotional freedom technique, affirmations (for examples) while recognizing and cultivating their innate skills to help them through the ups and downs of life experiences.
This workshop will help 11 and 12 year olds develop a shift in perspective. Perspective on how they see themselves, how they see others, how they view experiences and expectations in their life and how to manage their perspective and emotions using techniques such as: conversations with self (what is our language?), emotional freedom technique (tapping), meditation and more.
